Study On Supply Chain Optimization And Coordination Model For Perishable Goods Considering Fuzzy Demand Risk

As the perishable product's supply chain in the supply chain special category,the study about how to improve the overall earnings of perishable product's supply chain etc.have get the wide attention of the corporations and academia.As an important study direction of the perishable product's supply chain management,perishable product's supply chain overall coordination problems has attracted many attentions of the scholars,the related research has been detailed and in-depth.The perishable product's supply chain contract coordination method is the most common and effective one of study methods,in the study of the whole supply chain coordination.Different scholars establish different categories of contract,laid a certain foundation for supply chain coordination contract research.Today,in the condition that the market environment is more changeful,the products demand is gradually inclining to individuality,it is becoming an important study direction of supply chain coordination that how to establish the supply chain contract model considering the uncertainty of market demand and the differences of decision makers' risk attitude to optimize the supply chain's structure,coordinate the supply chain members' and the overall profits.In this paper,studying after summarizing the domestic and foreign related research,based on the classic return contract model,for considering the uncertain demand and different risk attitude of the perishable product supply chain coordination contract issues,by combining with the fuzzy theory.The purpose and significance of this study is that:first of all,theoretically provided the theory and method support for correct decision of supply chain members;second of all,in the actual level,it gave supply chain decision makers effective value of reference and guidance.On the research process,the paper mainly completes the following two contents:(1)The perishable products' supply chain optimistic and coordination model based on fuzzy conditional expectation pessimistic value.Combined with fuzzy theory,on the basis of classical return contract model this paper established perishable supply chain coordination contract model,for the study of supply chain in fuzzy market demand environment and supply chain member's risk aversion attitude is avoided.In this paper,the text gives the new return contract model and solution methods and processes,and proves the conclusion by discussing the example analysis results,that the optimal order quantity under the condition of fuzzy conditional expectation pessimistic,the risk aversion level of supply chain members rise,it will be down.(2)The perishable products' supply chain optimization and coordination model based on fuzzy conditional expectation optimistic value.On the basis of the study on fuzzy pessimistic value contract model,established perishable supply chain coordination contract model in a fuzzy market demand environment considering supply chain members risk preference attitude.As well,this paper gives the new return contract model and solution methods and processes,and proves the conclusion by discussing the example analysis results,that the optimal order quantity under the condition of fuzzy conditional expectation optimistic,the risk preference level of supply chain members rise,it will be up.Finally,the paper summarizes the achievements obtained on the study process,and makes analysis of the insufficient,points out the direction for further work.
