In recent years,with the increasingly fierce market competition and diversified customer needs,the provision of single entity products alone has been difficult to meet customer demands,and companies shift the focus of competition to providing services matched with the entity products.Configuration of products and services can create greater value for customers and help the company attract a number of new customers and increase retention rate of old customers.According to customer demands,the business model provided to customers after configuring products and services has offered a new method to improving the overall competitiveness of enterprises,thus it has also won widespread concern from industry and academia.With the rapid advancement of the telecommunications industry,operators' marketing model has undergone profound changes.Configuration scheme of cellular phone and Telecom service plans have become an effective means of winning the competition.Currently,field of study relevant to design of Telecom service packages in telecom industry has attracted the attention of numerous experts and scholars,and has obtained certain research achievements,but the research on the optimum design of configuration scheme of cellular phone and Telecom service plans are still rarely involved,without forming a systematic frame of research work yet.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth study of configuration method of cellular phone and Telecom service plans,which has crucial theoretical and practical significance in research work.This paper has mainly completed the researching work in several respects as follows:(1)Customer choice behavior model has been constructed in allusion to configuration scheme of cellular phone and Telecom service packages This paper has analyzed and defined the related concept of configuration scheme of cellular phone and Telecom service plans in the first place,getting the customer's consuming preferences and actual consumption through analysis of customer needs and market research.On this basis,this paper has constructed the choice behavior model of configuration scheme of customers' cellular phone and Telecom service plans by calculating the utility of customer,which has laid the foundation for the follow-up optimum design of configuration scheme.(2)Optimum design model has been constructed aimed at configuration scheme of cellular phone and Telecom service packages.This paper has taken customer's lifelong worth into considerations on the basis of the customer choice behavior model of configuration scheme cellular phone and Telecom service packages It has established the optimum design model of configuration scheme of mobile phone products and Telecom service plans,which has provided guidance on methods and decision basis for Telecom operators to conduct optimum design of appropriate configuration scheme of cellular phone and Telecom service packages(3)The study gives out potential application of optimum design of configuration scheme of M operator's A model phone and Telecom service packages In this paper,taking the optimum design of configuration scheme of M operator's A model phone and Telecom service plans as an example,it has launched a study of potential application using the optimum design method of configuration scheme of cellular phone and Telecom service plans,and has verified the practicality of the proposed method.The results show that optimum design of configuration scheme of cellular phone and Telecom service plans can increase the number of customers for telecom operators and also able to elevate operators' revenue.In the optimum design method of configuration scheme of cellular phone and Telecom service plans proposed in this paper,it makes use of multinomial logit model to describe the customer choice behavior and calculates customer lifetime value through the model of customer lifetime value,performing optimized design of configuration scheme of cellular phone and Telecom service plans based on this,thus being capable of providing reference and experience for solution to the problem of configuration scheme of cellular phone and Telecom service packages...
