Logistics distribution network operates well,which has been the goal pursued by enterprises,especially in complex environments today.Logistics distribution network is facing with the unprecedented risks and pressures.How to keep the sustainable development,to achieve good logistics network operation,is many governments,research institutioins and enterprises are working for.The thesis proposes a method which is using the logistics network cooperation under failure scenarios to optimize distribution systems.The main work was carried out as the following three aspects:(1)Defining the network cooperation and building the network partnership from three levels of the logistics network.Logistics network is composed by network of logistics organization,logistics information network and logistics infrastructure network.In the thesis,the process of building cooperation in each levels of network is analyzed.(2)Using AHP method to decide the factors weights,which impact strength of the network of cooperation.The thesis refers some factors influence the network cooperation,which are summarized by other scholars about the influencing factors of cooperative relations.AHP method is used to weight the influence of various factors,and then through the Delphi method to score two companies cooperation strength.(3)Establishing distribution system network optimization based on network cooperation model under failure scenarios,which guides enterprises to choose suitable ways of cooperation to enhance the capacity of logistics enterprises;and cope with the risk of failure,and reduce the logistics business failure scenarios in operating costs and achieve the system optimization.According to the model is the problem of the two-stage characteristics,we solve it with using a genetic algorithm.(4)In the case background of XS Logistics Company,the thesis gives the application research of logistics network model,and proves the practicability and the rationality of the model.Through the case analysis,the result indicates the expect failure costs of failure scenario reduced after the implementation of fortification and network cooperation.If each distribution center is under the small failure probability,expect cost of after cooperation is less than the fortification And if each distribution center is under the condition of bigger failure probability,the fortification decision is better than the network cooperation.In addition,sensitivity analysis has been done for the related parameters in the model.The thesis proposes a new method,which is the logistics network cooperation.It optimizes the distribution system,guides decision makers to reinforce and cooperation decision-making.The method has positive effect on logistics enterprises fecing with failure risk and development.
