The Fruit And Vegetable Logistics Distribution Network Optimization Design And Research Of Shandong Province

In recent years, the agriculture of Shandong Province has developed rapidly, The production of fruit and vegetable is the highest for many years in the country. And the export volume and value of the fruit and vegetable also reached its highest level for many years. But the distribution of the fruit and vegetable has not developed rapidly, resulting in the logistics loss of fruit and vegetable up to25%, compared with5%of the developed countries the gap is so large, the logistics costs of fruit and vegetable accounted for the proportion of the total cost up to70%. The logistics channel of Shandong Province is not smooth, and poor management, storage and transport conditions are relatively backward. To establish a more scientific and rational logistics and distribution network is one of the main problems to be solved for the fruit and vegetable logistics system.This paper summarizes the logistics distribution network planning research conditions, from facility location and vehicle routing optimization. Then there is the introduction of fruit and vegetable agricultural logistics and distribution network, including the definition of fruit and vegetable products logistics concepts and their characteristics, analysis of the layout of the logistics distribution network optimization problem. Then there is a summary of Shandong province and the developed countries (USA, Japan) existing agricultural logistics and distribution of fruits and vegetables, and proposes that the Shandong province need to learn from the experiences of the developed countries, including the improvement of rural cooperative organizations, to improve the information level of logistics and distribution, to develop third-party logistics organization, rational planning of distribution centers. Followed by the logistics network optimization and design of fruit and vegetable in Shandong Province, firstly selecting the two-level structure of agricultural distribution network, by determining the scope of five districts, using the mini and max method, based on the principle of the shortest, we select five cities as the first-level distribution cities and twelve second-level distribution cities. Then we use a mathematical model of the fruit and vegetable distribution network for the inside of the city to optimize and design, and then we use a two-particle swarm algorithm to solve it. Finally from a macro perspective, we put forward some opinions for fruit and vegetable logistics network design safeguards of Shandong Province, including infrastructure, logistics personnel training, information technology, organization guarantee.
