More and more enterprises apply the knowledge of the learning organization to organization and management in the world.Learning organization will not only help enhance the overall strength of enterprises,but also conducive to enterprise long-term survival and development.The theory of construction of learning organization is improving,and a lot of scholars from different angles analyzed and discussed it at the same time,but there is a distance between theory and practice,theory are universal,but practice has a lot of particularity.In this paper,basis on the relevant theories,and combined with the actual case to carry on the empirical analysis,research on construction of learning organization.Take Thailand Charoen Pokphand Foods PCL.as example,after a survey questionnaire which feedback back the real and effective data,concluded that the Thailand Charoen Pokphand Foods PCL.,in the construction of the learning-type enterprise,firstly the personal factors and internal factors on the construction has a certain influence,secondly gender,age,job and organization of the system on the influence of the five dimensions of five perfection were not significant,and education,work experience and wireless uniting the most closely relationship,thirdly charisma,enterprise cohesion and organization of the technology more closely with the fifth discipline.Building a learning organization is to promote the core competitiveness of the organization,is the key to implementation organization can be sustainable development.By Empirical research on Thailand Charoen Pokphand Foods PCL.,we found that the construction of the learning organization is not built in a day.need to continue to set up and improve the process.Personal factors and the organization's internal factors will affect the construction of learning organization.If can't form a stable mechanism,promote the benign circulation,it makes the construction of the learning organization can't really promote the formation of its core competitiveness.Finally,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,including the establishment of learning vision and ideas,implement and improve relevant learning mechanism and system construction,strengthen the learning skills of ascension and advocate learning guidance mechanism,etc.Although this article only for an enterprise to make the empirical analysis,but the conclusion is still have reference,can be available to other companies,provide strong support for the construction of learning organization.
