Research On Inventory Optimization Of Enterprise R Company Manufacturing Electronic Components

With the social and political change,accelerating the pace of economic development,the user demand tends to diversification,the enterprise market response speed has put forward higher requirements,promote the market competition is more intense and complex.How to take the low cost management to meet the market demand has become the core issue facing the survival and development of enterprises,but also a problem.This paper selects small electronic components production enterprise R company as the research object,the inventory management is discussed.This paper first introduces the function and defects of inventory and inventory control purposes,research of the theory at home and abroad were briefly reviewed,and based on this,this paper briefly introduces the general situation of R company,focuses on the analysis of the research status of inventory management in R company,the amount of high,low turnover rate of inventory,out of stock phenomenon more,more inventory obsolescence the occupation of the existing problems in the inventory management of R company inventory has carried on the thorough discussion,pointed out that the reasons of the inventory management problems of R company is due to the lack of scientific demand forecasting,inventory structure is not rational,not making reasonable order point and order quantity,supplier management is not perfect,and finally from the demand forecast,inventory classification management the formulation,order point and order quantity,four aspects of supplier management and puts forward the inventory management of R company improved optimization scheme.The research of this paper has certain theory and practice guiding role in solving the existing electronic components production enterprises of small inventory control in more general issues,can be R company and has similar characteristics to the enterprise inventory control optimization to provide reference.
