How to retain the excellent staff not only becomes an urgent problem for the enterprises to obtain competitive advantage but also becomes an important research topic of human resources management in recent years.Salary fairness is the basic category of fair theory,which affects the attitude and behavior of employees.It is more and more important to motivate employees.There is an important practical significance to study the relationship between the alary fairness and the turnover intention of employees.In this paper,the salary fairness is divided into three dimensions,namely,the fair distribution of pay,the fairness of salary procedure and the fairness of salary interaction.The social comparison is divided into two dimensions:internal comparison of enterprise and internal comparison of industry.We use the method of literature search and analysis to collect the questionnaire and prepare the questionnaire during the employees work in the company.We finally get 182 effective samples and analyze data to study the three dimensions of salary fairness,the relationship between the two dimensions of social comparison and the relationship between the dimensions.The result shows that the three dimensions of salary fairness have a significant negative correlation with employees' willingness to leave their jobs.The salary interaction has the highest degree,the pay distribution takes the second place and the fair of salary procedure is the lowest.The two dimensions of social comparison have a significant effect on staff turnover intention.According to the research results,some suggestions on enterprise compensation management are given related to the past research results:enterprises should pay attention to the openness and democratization of corporate pay management;enterprises should formulate reasonable post promotion and salary promotion system;enterprises should make the perfect career for employees planning and provide a better space for development,and realize the common development of enterprises and employees.
