A great deal of research shows that organizational justice and organizational commitment are two crucial elements which affect employees' turnover intention. Nowadays, seldom research concerns on employees' turnover intention in china, and the study on employees' turnover in Offshore Oil Platform Manufacturing Industry of China is almost blank. this paper aims at studying theWith the retrospection of research findings about both China and overseas employees' turnover, by taking the employees' turnover intention in offshore oil platform manufacturing industry as a sample, the paper purposes to build the employees' turnover model to study the key variables which affect employees' turnover with the reference of the variable of organizational justice and organizational commitment. By means of questionnaire survey to 242 employees in 4 companies, adopting SSPS15.0 and AMOS5.0 software statistically analyze the investigation data, the paper discusses how much organizational justice and organizational commitment could affect turnover intention, and tries to find out the key factors which influence employees' turnover intention. The research findings are as follows:1. The organizational justice of Offshore Oil Platform Manufacturing Industry of China is consisted by four dimensions: procedure justice, distribution justice, interpersonal relationship equitableness and information justice; and organizational commitment is consisted by affectivity commitment, continuance commitment and normal commitment.2. The various dimensions of organizational justice and organizational commitment are obviously and positively correlative. The different dimensions of organizational justice have different effect on dimensions of organizational commitment. Distribution justice and procedure justice have obvious effect on affectivity commitment, continuance commitment. The distribution justice exerts relatively great influence, but the normal commitment is only affected by distribution justice.3. The dimensions of organizational justice have negative effect on turnover intention, but distribution justice and procedure justice obviously affect on turnover intention, and distribution justice has greater influence.4. The dimensions of organizational commitment have negative effect on turnover intentions, but affectivity commitment and continuance commitment act outstanding role on turnover intention, and affectivity commitment exerts greater power on it.5. Affectivity commitment and continuance commitment play full intermediate function as procedure justice affects turnover intention; affectivity commitment and continuance commitment have partly intermediate function on which distribution justice affects turnover intention.6. The variable of population statistics has certain effects on organizational justice, organizational commitment and turnover intention.This paper intends to supply a gap of study on Offshore Oil Platform Manufacturing Industry of China, and put forward some constructive suggestions about effectively control and reduce employee turnover in Offshore Oil Platform Manufacturing Industry of China.
