Research On Diversification Strategy Of HB Power Equipment Manufacturing Company Limited

With the development of society,people's demand for electricity is increasing,the increasing demand for power quality,distribution equipment technology gradually improved;with the deepening of the reform,the reform of electric power system is getting closer and closer to us,let go of the sale side in all walks of life to participate in the stimulation of electricity sales in the past;in addition,the energy strategy and haze and other environmental issues continue to affect people's lives,the State Council and the local policies continue to promote electric vehicles,to reduce haze generation and reduce oil dependence on the domestic automobile industry,to achieve the corner overtaking.For the coming era of new energy development,HB company is actively involved in and explore new energy business market,based on mature science and technology,to participate in the development of electric vehicle charging facilities and battery storage.In the context of the government and society vigorously promoting,through the analysis of internal and external status,environmental analysis,problems and strategies,we should make good use of policies to integrate existing resources and grasp the direction of enterprise development.Studying the diversification strategy of HB company,analyzing and putting forward effective implementation plan is the important way to improve enterprise benefit at the moment.In this paper,diversification strategy management theory and method of HB company diversification strategy for research and analysis,and in accordance with the actual situation of HB company to develop a set of diversification strategy implementation plan.HB company is the transformation and upgrading of power distribution equipment need to open the lean and intelligent electrical equipment,expand market sales;the second is the key technology of new energy development plan,including the construction of charging facilities,maintenance and management,data mining and potential power,battery energy storage and electric car rental business.The conclusions of this study can provide practical strategic guidance for HB company,and also have some enlightenment to promote the development of new energy industry.
