| FT company introduced the whole IPD process in 2003,At that time researchers less,products is simple,IPD process system can meet the needs of the system is running well,but with the growing scale of company,R&D staff has been greatly increased,product line also increases several times,it also has as many as dozens of new product development project every year.However,the optimization of the process has not kept pace with the speed of the company's development,and the contradiction between the process and the scale of the business has become increasingly prominent.It is very necessary to optimize the existing IPD research and development management system so as to adapt to the company's growing business scale.Based on the IPD framework,this paper researches from the following aspects:Demand management,market management and product planning,as well as platform and technical planning;The present situation of the development process and project management;Continuous optimization mechanism of IPD system and corresponding organizational guarantee;To evaluate the gap between the FT R&D system and the industry's best IPD system,and clarify the key points of the IPD system optimization.By investigating and combining the actual situation of the company,the optimization direction is mainly focused on:optimizing the existing system:E2E process optimization and consolidation,PDT team building;Further improvement of the system vacancy:requirements management system construction,CDP process construction,technology and platform planning;Continuous optimization capacity-building:firm R&D management system continuous optimization and implementation,etc.Although the optimized process has not been implemented for a long time,there is not enough data to prove the effect of optimization,but it can obviously feel the change of process optimization. |
