As an important part of China's economy, import and export trade has always been a hot topic in the academic community. With the growth of import and export activities and the expansion of market size, the value of the research on the level of competition and the state of survival of exporting enterprises will be more valuable. As an important indicator to measure a company's pricing power and market power, the markups plays an important role in the import and export trade, and can measure the export level of the company. This article uses the industrial enterprise database to analyze the relationship between the distribution of export companies and the markups of the company from the perspective of space, and obtains relevant conclusions.Firstly, this paper describes and analyzes the spatial distribution of exporting companies, and finds that exporting enterprises are mainly concentrated in the eastern coastal areas, and that export enterprises in the central region also have a significant growth trend. At the same time, hotspot analysis is used to indicate the spatial concentration state of exporting enterprises through the standard deviation ellipse. The model analyzes the spatial distribution trends of export companies.Secondly, this paper uses the accounting method to calculate the bonus rate, obtains the number of years of the company's markups, and shows the markups of different regions through the hotspot. It shows that the markups in the eastern region is obviously lower than in the central and western regions.Thirdly, through the overlap of images,we initially observed the relationship between spatial agglomeration and markups. That is,regions with high spatial agglomeration rates have low markups. On this basis, the use of price competition effects, corporate selection effects and the externality of agglomeration are used to analyze the intrinsic theoretical mechanisms of enterprise's markups and spatial agglomeration. Finally, using the clustering Z-score and the proportion of regional industries, using the panel data model for regression analysis, the clustering Z score, the proportion of regional industry and the company's markups have a significant negative correlation, confirming the theoretical mechanism from an empirical perspective.
