Standard time is an important measure for the enterprises that need to becomemore scientific and standardized in the management. It is also an important part of themodern business management.In Multi-variety and Small-batch production environment,we can get the problems which the standard hours of the products in the batchproduction have been unable to satisfy the current demand for the competition of themanufacturing industry.By changing the subject of study into the typical operation which can represent thewhole operation on machine of that typical.We can ues the methods of work study &time study from the industrial engineering to get standard operating procedures and thestandard method of operation.We could formulate the typical phase with these and thestandard time with the typical phase.Then, we put these datas into the database in thesystem of standard time with the typical phase.In this paper, with above methods, we design a based on the typical step of thestandard time system.And with the an empirical study in X manufacturing Center,weestablish the standard operating procedures database, the standard method of operationdatabase, a typical phase database, standard time of the typical phase database, thestandard time of typical process database.The production system of X manufacturingcenter is optimized to improve and enhance productivity and achieve the goal with rapidand accurate formulating the standard time. |
