With the development of information technology,the conditions to the communication between the supply chain nodes are created by information transmission,capturing and sharing,and the problems of asymmetric information between supply chain nodes effectively are solved In the service supply chain,with customer personalized requirements constantly increasing,the customers quality requirements for product also become more and more high,which the challenge of service providers is intensified.Researches show that customer behavior have a direct impact on demand and income of service providers.Service providers must consider customer behavior characteristics in the process of making decision.Service providers invest capital to the reveal about the quality of the products to the customers,but customers do not always fully pay attention to the quality information of these providers.Such negligence for quality information may lead to customers miss one or more quality information of competing service providers.This paper studies how quality disclosure strategies of providers are influenced by the customer preference,the information attentive,supervision and search.By sorting of disclosure quality model and customer behavior characteristics in service supply chain,the major research problems with considering customer behavior factors of providers'quality disclosure model are raised.This thesis mainly completes the following aspects:(1)Firstly,Providers quality disclosure model with considering customer information attentive and supervision is established,then it analyzes the change of providers quality disclosure threshold,fake degrees of disclosure information,the optimal providers product prices and the equilibrium profit under the different level of customer information awareness and supervision strength.(2)Secondly,Providers quality disclosure model considering customer preference,information attentive and supervision is establish.On the basis of the first model,that customer quality preference and customer overall preference influence to providers market demand,the disclosure threshold and balanced earnings quality is analyzed.(3)Again,Providers quality disclosure model with considering customer quality preference,information attentive,supervision and search is established.First under different market conditions providers market demand are affected by the customer information search behaviors,then the providers of the equilibrium profit functions are established.Sceond the change of providers quality disclosure threshold,fake degrees in the disclosure information,the and the equilibrium profit is analyzed under the different level of customer information awareness,supervision strength and customer preference.(4)The examples are analyzed.Application examples analyze providers quality disclosure with respectively considering customer attentive,supervision,preferences and search behaviors.Through the assignment for parameters and calculation the paper get the quality disclosure strategies of the providers.The paper proposes supplier quality disclosure strategies under different customer behaviour factors.It enriches the research of service supply chain quality disclosure.At the same time,it provides a practical solution for information disclosure of service industry. |
