Order Decision Making And Application Research Of Seasonal Inventory Pledge Under Unified Credit Mode

Since the reform and opening,the number of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country has been growing,and it has become an important part of the national economy,and it is important for our country's economic development.But due to the small scale and the low level of credit of the small and medium-sized enterprise,the problem of financing difficulties has become a bottleneck which is restricting the development of small and medium-sized enterprise.The appearance and development of supply chain finance,and the rise of the third-party logistics enterprise,brings hope to solve the problem of financing difficulties for small and medium enterprises.Supply chain finance,with the introduction of guarantee of the supply chain core enterprise,and with the introduced the third-party logistics enterprise,which is as the stock regulators of the loan,makes full use of liquid seasonal inventory for pledge.It can solve the problem of financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises effectively,achieving benefit-sharing,risk-sharing truly.This paper discusses pricing decisions and the credit decisions of the third-party logistics enterprise under the unified credit mode.Analysis the optimal inventory and optimal reorder decision-making behavior of the retailer's.In this paper,the research work mainly includes the following aspects:(1)In the supply chain which is made up of single manufacturer and single retailer,before the sales season of the seasonal goods,no supply chain financing,internal financing and external financing three different supply chain supply chain financing model of cost-benefit model is compared and analyzed.In different financing model,build a cost-benefit model of each node enterprises of supply chain,and the cost-benefit of the whole supply chain.Contrasting three kinds of financing mode,it is concluded that the advantages of external financing of supply chain.(2)Based on the unified credit model,discuss the seasonal stock financing decision and optimal loan-to-value ratio decision of the third-party logistics enterprise.And discuss retailers financing credit risk problem,builds the third party logistics enterprise financing decision model,discuss the optimal regulatory costs;Further to establish the optimal loan-to-value ratio model of logistics enterprises,and the optimal loan-to-value ratio with the core enterprise of the repurchase price,the relationship between repurchase rate is discussed.(3)Based on the unified credit mode,discuss the seasonal inventory reorder decision behavior of the retailers.Under the condition of' different order,establish a risk neutral retailer's expected revenue model;Further considering the initial inventory and the optimal relationship between the size of the order and build the retailer under the condition of different initial inventory of the optimal ordering decision.(4)A study on application of TBE retail enterprise.Through cost-benefit function model of the supply chain to discuss TBE clothing enterprises in the supply chain of cost-benefit,And the three different financing model of expected return were analyzed;Repurchase price for optimal loan-to-value ratio and core enterprise and the correlation between the repurchase rate application analysis,verified the core enterprise supply chain financial requirements for repurchase guarantee the rationality and necessity.This paper discuss inventory decision and the financing decision of the seasonal inventory impawn under unified credit mode,enriching the theory of supply chain finance study,and providing the theoretical guidance and practical reference of the unified credit granting model in the actual inventory impawn financing.
