Reseach On Construction Of Social Credit System

In view of the economic development situation of Hangzhou City,how to establish a suitable social credit system in the period of economic transition,so that enterprises in the credit under the excitation of the survival of the fittest,public service sector can provide better service,so as to increase the social economic benefits,the quality and efficiency of supply side structural reform is particularly important.This paper reviews the related literature at home and abroad on the construction of the credit system,with reference to the practical case of the social credit system construction,we found that the construction of social credit system is mainly divided into market oriented mode and government dominant mode.This paper from the perspective of the government,trying to build a government oriented mode of social credit system,from the credit rating.Letter by letter three,beforehand,in the matter,after the three dimensions and combined with the status quo of credit construction in Hangzhou city and puts forward relevant policy suggestions on Hangzhou social credit system construction.The study concludes that the Hangzhou social credit system construction needs the government,enterprises,individuals and the synergistic effect of the credit service organization;the government should play a leading role in the construction of social credit system,the government in the construction of social credit system in the process,to take the lead;should strengthen the cultivation of Hangzhou credit culture,to create a good social credit credit limited the environmental benefit of trustworthy.
