USA President Franklin once said"remembering that credit is money"in his book"Advice for a young merchant". Today, it is still not out-of-date to advise Chinese enterprise. With the planned economic system transformed to the market economic system since the reform and open policy, enterprises, as the main body in the market, began to participate in business by credits. However, for the reasons that enterprise's credit management system is in low degree and enterprise's credit controlling system is not perfect and so on, the problems on enterprises losing credits have been more and more serious. Behaviors of losing credits have become one of the most serious barriers hinder enterprises from normal business operation, and caught big troubles in the development of the market economy. Hence we should adopt the overall means to change the chaotic conditions of our country's enterprise credits fundamentally. With severely attacking the behaviors of losing credits, we must devote to creating and improving enterprise credits scheme and management system, so that we could make them scientific and legal. Therefore, the research about enterprises credits management system has practical significance.Usually in developed countries the social credits systems stress to the consumer's individual credits management. However, in developing nations includes our country the emphasis points of the social credit system lies in the enterprises credits management.
