Study On Lean Production Management In A Enterprise

With the development of economic globalization,manufacturing enterprises are facing an increasingly fierce competition and difficult survival challenges.How to provide high-quality and personalized products to meet the complex and diverse needs of the market without increasing operating costs,is an urgent problem that need every manufacturing enterprise to solve.Basing on the domestic-international research and enterprise practice,lean production can help enterprise to identify market demand accurately.With the help of lean product tools,enterprises can achieve the goal of reducing production costs,improving production efficiency,improving product quality and shortening production cycle,so as to provide continuous competitive power for enterprises.This paper takes an example of A enterprise,through analyzing the typical problems in the current operation management,to optimize the link of manufacturing operations and establish lean production management model suitable for enterprise production.Firstly,this paper introduces the background,purpose and significance of the study,introduces the concept,characteristics,principles,main tools and current research status of lean production.Secondly,combining with the operation status and main problems of A enterprise,this paper introduces the necessity of implementing lean production in enterprise,besides,design the implementation process of lean production according to the lean principle and optimize organization structure,production layout,logistics management,process flow and quality management of A enterprise by using lean tools,to establish lean production management model suitable for enterprise production.Thirdly,by summarizing and analyzing the multi-dimensional improvement of the enterprise production cycle,production efficiency and product quality,this paper approves that lean production can help enterprises to reduce production costs,improve production efficiency,improve product quality,shorten delivery time,and enhance enterprise competitiveness.Lastly,combining with the first stage implementation of lean production,this paper approves the expectation of implementing lean production is that enterprises should integrate lean thinking with R&D design,cost management,and enterprise culture construction,which can lodge lean thinking in the public mind to achieve continuous improvement.In summary,this paper further enriches the research field of lean production,provides a reference for "multi-variety and small batch" production enterprises through analyzing the specific problems and raising the pertinent optimization scheme,which has certain theoretical and practical value.
