The rapid development of social economy prompt consumers' demand rising of pursuit diversification and individuation products,enterprises tend to try multi variety and small batch flexible,short period production mode to quickly response to the market change and win more and more customers,but due to the characteristics of multi specifications,less quantity and complex products in the multi varieties and small batch production mode,the production process not stable bring a big difficult for quality management,so it is particularly important to explore a quality control method for this modelQuality is produced,not check out,so process control is especially important.The traditional SPC Hugh Hart control charts have great economic benefits for mass production process monitoring,base on the fully study of SPC method,take the essence and discard the dross,provide a group process statistical process control method under multi varieties and small batch production mode.Considering the problem of insufficient sample data in using traditional SPC,group technology is put forward in this paper,and its application feasibility was studied,and a method of judging the process similarity based on intuitionistic fuzzy sets is proposed;Next give a data standardization method for group process;Blind use of traditional Hugh Hart Te control charts can lead to false alarms,in this paper,a method of multi variable analysis is proposed,and different process quality control methods are adopted for different sources of variation;Finally an example of M company is given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the above theories and methods,which provides an effective solution for the quality control of the production process under the multi variety and small batch production mode.
