An Empirical Study On The Continuous Usage Intention Of Mobile Takeaway APP Users

With the popularization of information Internet technology and the further development of mobile terminals,mobile devices have greatly changed people's daily communication,learning,work and social patterns.A large number of industries have been driven by mobile applications and have undergone significant changes and transformations.With the shift of users from the PC to the mobile,many companies,especially Internet companies,are also increasingly transferring their services to mobile terminals.Following this trend,China's catering applications also have been used pervasively.However,most of the scholars' research focuses on the adoption of the mobile application and purchase intention of that platform,ignoring users'continuance intention,which is related to the survival of the mobile take-out platform.Through expectation-confirmation model and theory of planned behavior,this study builds a concrete driving mechanism explaining users' continuance intention toward mobile catering take-out APP.A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect data from 607 APP users,and the structural equation model was used to test the proposed hypotheses.The results reveal that user satisfaction,ubiquity,and subjective norms have a positively impact continuance intention,and perceived usefulness and confirmation have a positively impact on user satisfaction.Meanwhile,perceived usefulness is positively influenced by confirmation and ubiquity.The empirical data of this study support the appropriateness of the integration model of users' continuance intention,which enhance people's understanding of the driving mechanism of APP's continuous use willingness.This study also verified the mechanism involved in the expectation confirmation model and extended the interpretation boundary of theory of planned behavior.In addition,based on the research results,we proposes some specific management implications and suggestions.
