Under current fierce market competition environment,customer-focused's differential customer service has become development tendency for bank's client management strategy.differential customer service can allocate bank's limit service resource to highest valuable client.So it can maximize bank's client profit.Under the age of big data,the thesis constructs assessment indicator system of valuable client according to current character of bank's service.Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is applied to classify clients and classification result is used to construct client management strategy of commercial bank.The main content of the thesis is as follows.Firstly,the thesis discusses the character of big data from big data concept,character and technology and analyze the application of big data from application angle.After analyzing current bank's client management strategy,the thesis discusses the influence of big data for current bank's client management strategy.Secondly,the thesis analyzes business feature of commercial bank and common character of company client.It gives design principles of index system and design consideration of client value and constructs three level measurement indicator system for evaluation of commercial bank's client value.The thesis also provides the specific meaning of all levels of indicators.Thirdly,on the basis of introduction of evaluation criterion and evaluation method,the thesis provides K-means cluster algorithm,logistic regression,AHP and fuzzy AHP.it also gives application example for each algorithm and proves the effectiveness of all algorithms.Lastly,the thesis constructs bank's client management strategy based on client value.After providing customer segmentation method based on client's value,it discusses client management strategy based on client's value.Then the thesis discusses client management implementation plan from implementation principle,implementation flow,implementation difficulty and implementation strategy.The thesis constructs client evaluation index system and client value evaluation method and constructs commercial bank client management strategy.The content of the thesis can provide a reference for commercial bank to construct client management strategy.
