Banks are faced with great pressure and challenges due to the rise of Internet finance in recent years and client managers encounter even more unprecedented internal and external pressure and the always high active turnover rate.The loss of bank client managers have a huge negative effect on the operation,management and development of banks.But there are few studies on how to prevent the loss of client managers,and no consensus has been formed in the academic circle.This paper takes K branch of bank Z as the research object which has developed rapidly and the client manager changes frequently in recent years,having certain representative significance for the research on the loss of client managers of the bank.The author carried out referring to a large number of theoretical and internal document data and research at first,and then overcame many obstacles to collect and analyze a large number of data through a variety of ways to the research object,including management interviews,questionnaires,etc.On the basis of analyzing materials and analyzing data,this paper introduces the two factor theory to analyze the reasons for the loss of client managers in K branch of bank Z from the two aspects of health factor and incentive factor and puts forward the necessity and urgency of building an early warning system for the loss of client managers in K branch of bank Z.At last,the author proposes some countermeasures to prevent the loss of client managers in K branch of bank Z,such as establishing an early warning system for the loss of client managers,broadening career development channels for client managers,optimizing compensation plans for client managers,strengthening the enterprise'^soft environment construction,and establishing a system for rehiring departing client managers.This paper hopes to build a preventive mechanism to reduce the turnover rate of client managers,and play an effective role in stabilizing the team of client managers of branch K of bank Z and maintaining the sustainable development of talents in commercial banks by cooperating with corresponding safeguard measures and provide reference and inspiration for future relevant researches.
