| As of the end of the third quarter of 2013,the total number of SMEs in the country of more than 42 million business registration,accounting for over 99% of the total number of enterprises;at the same time contributing 58.5% of GDP,68.3% of foreign trade exports,52.2% of revenue and 80 % of employment,for the promotion of steady and rapid growth of the national economy,to ease the employment pressure has made great contributions,but in such an important economic and social contribution behind,but it is increasingly difficult living conditions and financing.At the same time,the city's main business is the commercial banks to provide loans for SMEs main categories of banks,but high-risk loans to SMEs facing the project,the bank accordingly bear a high risk.How to solve the contradiction between the two,is the focus of this study.In this paper,the theory and methods of risk management are summarized on the basis of the system,first introduced on the city banks,SME loans and loan projects carried out literature review and definition.For the research project risk,risk identification,risk assessment and risk control is an essential part of the three closely linked.So for Xi'an A City Bank,pointed out that the main risks faced by the SME loan program,pointing out problems in the existing index system,optimizing the evaluation index system and pointed out that according to set targets and precautions major risks.On the basis of risk evaluation index system based on the creative use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate risk.The Object of study of this paper is the risk management a city bank in Xi'an's loan program of SME,by optimizing the project's risk evaluation index system,so that the index system more relevant for SMEs,thus improving A city commercial bank loans to SMEs projects risk control system,making A city banks to be more scientific,comprehensive and fully evaluate the risks SME lending projects,so as to solve the problem of financing SMEs in Xi'an. |
