Research On PPP Model Of SH Company Landscape Engineering

With the enhancing development of China's economic reform,the landscape industry will enter into a new stage of development.It will bring a new opportunity in the new market environment of landscape industry,and the PPP model will become an important approach to undertake projects in market.However,the character of PPP project is large investment,a long term and complicated risk factors in general.So it's difficult to make an accurate and appropriate evaluation of the future benefits and risks of PPP project by using traditional evaluation system.This paper studied the comparative analysis on traditional evaluation system based on correlation theory,integrating the development situation of bench marking landscape enterprises in China.It also focuses on the following indicators such as financial dimension,user dimension,internal operation,innovation&growth and policy&environment,which based on community of interest of evaluation subjects.Synthesize all of above,a new evaluation system is proposed.The evaluation system optimizing opinion is proposed by applying analysis on project of SH Company.At last,this paper described corresponding safeguard measures from organizational structure,risk allocation and rights&obligations allocation.This paper proposes PPP project often involves interest of many participants such as public sector,personal sector and general public.The key point of PPP project investment decision-making is how to balance interests of all parties concerned.The fulfillment of win-win on all parties concerned needs to pay full attention to investment evaluation of investment project and reasonable control various stages operational risk of project.Research conclusions of this paper provide a reference for the investors of PPP projects,and trigger the thinking about the future landscape business model and provide some help for the future development of the enterprise.
