The Study Of Changda Logistics Company's Profit Sharing Plan Optimization

Profit sharing refers to the labor expense profit sharing rights,or employees of enterprise residual claim rights.It is an internal redistribution of the enterprise's residual values,which will not only inspire the workers to create value but can also well coordinate the distributive relationship and reduce conflicts between the employers and employees.Changda Logistics is an integrated logistics company mainly engaged in various businesses such as roads,railways,air transportation and warehousing.Headquartered in Beijing,Changda was established in 1999 with a registered capital of 170 million yuan.Now,the company has 1,000 transport vehicles and a modern standard warehouse which covers 1.3 million square meters.Its customers are predominantly from the publishing industry.In order to motivate employees,the company's profit sharing scheme was developed in early 2017,but the overall effect was not good.There are many contradictions between employees,they complaints about the company very much,and their work enthusiasm is much less than before.In order to solve the problems,Changda logistics hired a consulting team in mid-2017 and I was fortunate enough to be one of them.Based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign related literature,this paper summarizes the profit sharing research and development trends.Guided by the theory of profit sharing,and taking the actual situation of Changda logistics as the starting point,a complete and feasible profit sharing scheme is designed.This concept follows the logic line of value creation,value evaluation and value distribution.Taking the position value and the results of performance appraisal as the two main factors of value evaluation,Changda logistics is divided into two main profit sharing subjects of business line and function line.From the three aspects of the sharing object,the total amount of sharing and the individual distribution standard,the profit sharing scheme matching the profit sharing subject is designed respectively.The application plan from design to implementation introduces a series of tools and methods,as well as specific applications,which not noly solves the problem of Changda logistics' profit sharing effectively,but aslo has a high reference value for other enterprises to promote profit sharing plan.
