Agricultural Credit Rationing For Rural Residents Income Impact Study-Based On The Operating Income

China's central government attaches great importance to improve the farmers,income,2020 comprehensive poverty alleviation,one of the symbols of poverty is the income increase.However,our country is a populous and agricultural country,have very different between urban and rural,regional development level,rural residents and urban residents' income gap is big,the rural residents' income is relatively low.Due to the agricultural market and natural double risks,the benefit of the agricultural industry is not high,credit rationing of agriculture suffered discrimination is the agricultural industry development by capital of footnotes.Only to eliminate the discrimination,reasonable allocate credit resources,actively guide credit funds flow to the field of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",to the development of modern agriculture industry and the prosperity of the rural financial market to provide strong protection.Investment and efficient utilization of credit funds to make the rural infrastructure construction,agricultural development and farmers' income increase with more solid capital protection.25 provinces of our country this paper selected the 2002-2008 panel data of agricultural credit rationing is studied on the rural residents the influence of operating income and wage income,on the basis of predecessors' research,respectively using the mixed regression,random effects panels regression and fixed effects regression,examines the agricultural credit rationing impact on rural residents' wage income and operating income.The article also further focus based on fixed effect panel regression surveyed the area of agricultural credit rationing impact on rural residents' wage income and operating income.In this paper,the study found that China's agricultural credit rationing risng trend year by year,the agricultural credit rationing negative impact on the rural residents operating income is greater than the impact on the rural residents' wage income.And the effect of agricultural credit rationing for rural residents income regional differences,in particular the influence degree of the west than in central and eastern.In view of the new increase in rural incomes kinetic energy is not yet fully formed,based on the research conclusion of this paper,in order to reduce the credit rationing,promote the farmers' income,this paper puts forward three countermeasures suggested.First of all,rationally allocate credit resources,guide the credit funds flow to the "three rural" actively,thus reducing the agricultural industry suffer more severe credit rationing.Secondly,through the development of new type of rural financial institutions,improve the rural financial service scope of radiation,improve the rural financing environment,improve agricultural credit available.Finally,to promote transformation and upgrading of agricultural and rural reform,by improving the precision agriculture policy,broadening the farmers income.
