In recent years,under the great wave of mobile Internet,e-commerce has risen rapidly,and many traditional industries have used the Internet to expand its sales radius to promote its business development.Agricultural products are the new demand of People's Daily life,so the e-commerce of agricultural products is gradually becoming a new hot spot in e-commerce.In the future,the e-commerce of agricultural products will become the new development direction of agricultural products marketing.Central file no.1 in 2017 for the first time the rural electricity directly as an entry single display and has made the detailed construction of rural electricity planning and deployment,it shows that the country's emphasis on rural electricity and expectation.China is a big agricultural country.After decades of reform and opening up,China has gradually embarked on the path of urbanization.After the reform and opening up,in order to liberate the productive forces and stimulate the peasants' enthusiasm for labor,the rural household contract responsibility system was started.But as the level of urbanization and industrialization speeding up,the productivity level enhances unceasingly,the traditional mode of production already can't satisfy the development of advanced productive forces,as a result,the corresponding agricultural policy reform must be carried out to solve this a series of problems.Farmers can have various forms of land contracting and management rights,and this series of policies has promoted the development of new agricultural business entities such as family farms.The Internet has been a double-edged sword for the traditional industry,but on the other hand,it has created unlimited opportunities for him.Because the Internet is broad and borderless,if the traditional industry can maximize the reasonable use of this platform,it will be very helpful to the traditional industry.Therefore,in the context of these two major backgrounds,the development of agricultural e-commerce for family farms will be a new entrance to the new rural construction and a new hot spot of academic research.Choice of Hubei province as the research object,this paper integrated use of literature research,on-the-spot investigation,the methods of empirical analysis,to Wuhan,Yichang,Jingzhou,Hubei Huanggang,Xiaogan city,in-depth research,understand the family farm in Hubei province electronic commerce development present situation,analysis the existing problems and shortcomings,and at the same time in accordance with the relevant research and empirical analysis is put forward corresponding Suggestions to promote the development of e-commerce family farm in Hubei province.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction.The research background and significance of the topic,the research status,research contents and methods,key points and difficulties of the research,as well as the main innovation points and shortcomings of the research are elaborated.The basic knowledge in front of the explanation of the empirical and theoretical analysis of the foundation.The second part is the basic part of related concepts and theories.First of all,the basic concepts of this paper are sorted out,what is the family farm,what is the e-commerce of agricultural products,and on the basis of previous researches,the definition of the concept is clearly defined.In addition,this paper introduces the theory of agricultural informatization,transaction cost theory and supply chain theory,and establishes a firm theoretical foundation for the empirical research of this paper.The third part is the development status and problems of the e-commerce in Hubei family farm and the interpretation of the successful mode.This paper makes a detailed analysis and systematic summary of the current situation and existing problems of the electronic commerce of family farms in Hubei province,and lays a foundation for the writing of the post.Discusses how to improve the farmer own strength,farmers for electricity in the process of how to carry out brand construction,what about the rural logistics construction should improve,how to perfect the system of agricultural electronic commerce legislation,etc.These influence family farmers are the problems of e-commerce is closely linked.The fourth part is related hypotheses and empirical analysis.Under the summary of the previous article,to solve the problem and put forward relevant Suggestions and countermeasures,the corresponding empirical analysis is the countermeasures and Suggestions for the development of family farm e-commerce.This part is a conclusion and summary of this article,in front of family farmers on the basis of electricity through the empirical analysis of existing problems,and know the impact which aspects are the main factors.In this part,the author puts forward corresponding Suggestions on the solution of the problem,so as to provide a feasible reference for the family farmers to conduct e-commerce.In three aspects,in terms of government,improve the quality certification system,perfect the supporting policies,provide service for agricultural e-commerce system,perfect the electronic commerce laws and regulations,to provide legal support for the agricultural electricity dealers;In terms of e-commerce,and electrical business training,strengthen technical guidance,to provide talent pool for agricultural e-commerce,commercialization of agricultural products processing,construction of cold chain and deep processing of third party service,provide agricultural e-commerce transportation security;In the aspect of family farmers,establish characteristic brand,enhance the quality control ability,to provide quality guarantee for agricultural e-commerce,to carry out the city distribution,electrical business model innovation,provide new channels for the development of agricultural e-commerce.
