Study On The Status And Countermeasures Of Family Farm Development In Jincheng

With the rapid development of industrialization in China,the traditional and decentralized agricultural management mode has been unable to meet the further development needs of agricultural modernization,and the family farm came into being.In China,the family farm is an agricultural economic organization,it is China's inevitable outcome of the development of modem agriculture,the main work is the family members,to carry out agricultural production according to the scale,intensive and commercialization of the mode of production and the whole family,the main source of income is to rely on agricultural production to get the business,is a typical new agricultural business entities.It adapted to the current level of agricultural development in China,not only promoted the intensification,scale and modernization of agriculture,but also increased the ability and level of farmers against natural risks and market risks.Jincheng is located in the southeast of Shanxi province.It has rich mineral resources and rapid industrial development.At the same time,it has good natural conditions and agricultural environment.In recent years,the family farm in Jincheng has developed gradually.In 2017,the Shanxi Provincial Department of Agriculture announced the "Shanxi provincial demonstration family farm list" in 2017.3 family farms in Jincheng were listed,giving full play to the leading and exemplary role.In this paper,using the method of investigation,a variety of experience summary method,literature survey,based on the understanding of family farm in Jincheng,the overall development of regional development situation,aiming at the existing in the development process of land circulation,lack of funds,personnel quality is not high,the financial services in rural areas is lagging behind,the socialization of agriculture the service system is not perfect,promote intensive production from the focus,improve family farm management system,accelerate the innovation of land circulation system,improve the comprehensive quality of farmers,accelerate the construction of new social service system,the implementation of policies to promote the development of family farms.It is expected that through the analysis of the development status,problems and Countermeasures of family farms in Jincheng,the feasible suggestions and countermeasures are put forward,which can provide references for further promoting the orderly development of family farms in Jincheng.This study is divided into seven parts.
