| In the process of economic operation,the circulation activities of various factors and subjects in different space range can be divided into different space scales,and the combination of different spatial scales form a scale structure.Under the background of the construction of the country open economy and promote The Belt and Road initiative,the spatial scale structure of China's regional economy will be greatly adjusted.Therefore,the scale structure of economic operation needs to be put on the agenda.And how scale structure strengthens the sustainable development of regional economy has important research significance and practical significanceBy combing the relevant literature,we can find that there is not yet a unified description of the related theory of scale structure.This paper provides a theoretical support for the construction of the scale structure and the idea of structure,providing a path and theoretical support for the analysis of the economic effect of scale structure.The scale structure in this paper is the factor distribution relation formed by the circulation and aggregation of the production factors of economic operation in different spatial scales.It has three characteristics of hierarchy,relative fixed stability and difference,and paper put forward 3 hypotheses to explain the formation and evolution of scale structure.From the field of economics,this paper puts forward three mechanisms of the impact of scale structure on economic operation,and combines the scale governance to explain the relationship between scale structure and economic development.Taking the urban area of Shandong as the research object,this paper selects the listed companies from 17 cities to the foreign investment information from 2007 to 2016 and set up the network database of the enterprise headquarters subsidiary.On the based of this database,the scale structure is constructed to describe the economic operation by dividing the three levels of the investment region.The corresponding control variables are selected to form panel data,and the measurement model is used to study the effect of scale structure on economic development.The results of the econometric model show that the economic growth and the combination of provincial scale and national scale have a robust positive effect,namely,the higher the scale structure of the provincial and national levels is,the greater the corresponding positive economic effects.At the same time,the measurement results of the corresponding control variables also show that labor,material capital and technology are the three main factors that affect the economy,of which the technological level has a certain lag in promoting the economy,but the economic effect is more significant,which means that the government or enterprise should continue to increase technology,innovation and innovation drive.In addition,although higher scale structure of foreign investment has a positive effect on economic operation,there still exists a certain cyclical fluctuation.Therefore,the government should further improve the regional economic structure and optimize the allocation of economic factor resources,and the investment strategy of enterprises should be more diversified.Based on the measurement results and the current situation and development strategy of economic operation in Shandong Province,the four regions of "one area and one circle of two districts" in Shandong province should be based on their own economic characteristics,development elements and regional development goals,strengthen regional cooperation,promote industrial optimization and improve the scale of the city.And should actively carry out inter regional economic dialogue,mutual promotion of mutual industrial complementarity,relying on regional advantages,to further achieve foreign economic and cultural exchanges,cultivate new economic growth points,improve the proportion of provincial and national scales,and ultimately achieve the overall competitiveness of the region. |
