Research On Early Warning Indicator System Of Financial Risk Of Letv Under "Letv Ecology"

Since 2016,Letv has been brokered the capital chain rupture event,and over a year's time Letv negative news continued to ferment,culminating in the Letv crisis.The rapid spread of Letv crisis is closely related to the strategic layout of "Letv Ecology".Therefore,it is of practical significance and research value to study the financial risk early warning system of Letv under the strategic layout of "Letv Ecology"."Letv Ecology" adheres to the ecological strategic thinking,it is essentially an open closed loop layout of the whole industry chain.Through the integration of vertical industrial chain,a broad alliance and coordinated development between industries driven by ecological chain can be achieved.In order to study the financial risk early warning system under the layout of "Letv Ecology",this thesis has done the following research work:First of all,through theoretical basis and literature research,from the connotation and causes of the financial risk,it elaborated the domestic and foreign scholars on financial risk early warning topics in detail,such as early warning method and early warning system.Secondly,through in-depth analysis of "Letv Ecology" layout,it explored the cause of financial risks and how to identify financial risks of Letv.Thirdly,in view of the preference of "Letv Ecology" layout for interdisciplinary expansion,the poor coordination of each business sector,the high reliance on funds within the group and other special financial risk,the warning index system was designed.Using the analytic hierarchy process(aph)to implement the feasibility of warning system.Some financial risk prevention strategies were put forward in this paper,which can be suitable for the company's strategy and business mode,such as enhancing the synergy of "Letv Ecology",focusing on the risks of the group's capital chain,and integrating subsidiaries into the group's financial risk management system.Finally,the thesis summarized the research process and research results,reflected on the lack and made prospects for the follow-up research.The three innovations of this paper lie in:First,according to the financial risk under the strategic layout of "Letv Ecology",this paper designs a financial risk early warning index system based on "Letv Ecology";Second,using AHP to verify the feasibility and rationality of the financial risk early warning system;Third is puting forward the measures to prevent and control the financial risk caused by the strategic layout of "Letv Ecology".
