| As the industry has grown increasingly fierce,the enterprise can not only rely on the traditional Internet video business model,and it has to be focus on the Internet.Internet companies are disrupting the business models of some traditional businesses.Internet ecology has become a force to be reckoned with,and traditional economies are embracing the Internet.Internet ecology has built a bridge between traditional industries and emerging industries,which is an important platform for industrial cross-border investment and integration.The Internet service industry can be defined the "burning money" industry.Due to the reasons such as server,broadband,film and TV copyright and human cost,the investment expenditure is very large and needs the support of huge funds.The corporate financial risk has become an important focus in the development of business.Although the risk sources of enterprises are not limited to financial aspects,the causes of their failure are mostly from weak financial risk control.Letv is a new-comer network video enterprise,is the earliest in the Internet video industry in China began to profit.Letv built the "platform + content + terminal + application" mode of vertical industry chain,which the development of a complete coverage of this pattern also exposed a lot of risk.Debt paying ability,operation ability and profitability are declining.In this paper,we find that the negative impact of Letv is bigger through the Event Study Method and illustrates the exposure.We constructed the applicable financial risk early warning index system through the Efficacy Coefficient Method,which reflect the financial risk of Letv operation.This paper recognizes that the financial risk of Letv since it listed,and also finds that non-financial indexes can not be ignored in the financial risk warning of enterprises.Finally,we give some the corresponding risk prevention measures,which combines the Internet enterprise property and enterprise overall risk situation. |
