In recent years,the mobile Internet industry has developed rapidly,and many scholars have begun to pay attention to some of the mobile Internet products which are widely used by people.At present,scholars have made in-depth researches on the status and development prospects,system design,user research and advertising value of these products,and put forward many innovative topics.In the mobile internet field,mobile social networking applications represented by WeChat,QQ,micro-blog and DingTalk are also coming to the fore.They gradually replace the past PC terminal social networking sites,becoming the mainstream of our work and life.DingTalk is a mobile Internet social application that is launched by the Alibaba and is located at enterprise level communication and collaboration tools and platforms.It is the breakthrough point of enterprise application,which is designed to compete with the WeChat launched by the Tencent.Since the official launch of DingTalk in January 2015,the number of users has been increasing.According to the data published by the Alibaba,by the end of 122017,the number of enterprise organizations in it has exceeded 500 million,and the number of users of it has exceeded 100 million.Tencent and Alibaba,as the two giants of the Internet in China,are still in a state of rapid growth.DingTalk,as a catch-up of WeChat,may change the social structure of China in the future.Based on the above background,what factors affect users' intention to use DingTalk in mobile social networking applications is becoming a research topic.In the previous literature,most of the existing WeChat,micro-blog,etc.are analyzed,and the research content of the catchman's mobile social platform DingTalk is scarce.Therefore,this research perspective focuses on the mobile social platform DingTalk.As an information system,it is very suitable for the use of the TAM model in the information system discipline.In this paper,we integrate the related theories of behavior and psychology to study the influencing factors of DingTalk's usage intention,providing some suggestions for the development of mobile social networking platform DingTalk,and providing some theoretical basis for future research.Based on the TAM model,we introduce the theory of perceived risk,the theory of perceived interaction,the theory of network externality and the interest of perception.First,we use Likert five scale to design various variables in the model,and based on this,we have developed questionnaires,and obtained 265 valid questionnaires through online surveys and e-mail.Then,the author uses SPSS 19 software to analyze the data reliability,and finally validates the hypothesis model proposed by the AMOS 24 software.It is proved by research that perceived ease of use,perceived usefulness,perceived risk,perceived interaction and network externality are the main factors that influence users' intention to use DingTalk.The research model constructed in this paper explains the user network externality of it well,and the network externality positively affects user's perception interaction in the process of using it.Finally,we perceive that interaction factors have a positive impact on users' intention to use DingTalk.Based on the conclusions and recommendations of this paper,this paper analyzes the importance of each influencing factor,and puts forward 5 suggestions for improving user's willingness to use.Finally,we hope that the research results in this paper can provide users with theoretical and practical implications for the research on the factors influencing the willingness to use DingTalk and the Alibaba's operation and promotion of it.This study has the following innovations.First,the academic point of view,the relevant theory of information fusion system,behavior and psychology,empirical research to DingTalk a mobile social networking application platform,mining the important factors affecting the willingness of users to use it;second,the recently popular mobile social applications in the Internet industry research and analysis,to explore the research field of experts and scholars at home and abroad less;third,this paper based on accepting traditional model technology,the introduction of other variables in the theory extension of traditional models are perfect and.
