With the development of the society,commercial bribery has spread to all walks of life,present a complicated trend of "flowers",the commercial bribe behavior in the state-owned enterprises in the governance of also is relatively difficult,so in this paper,based on this background,aiming at these phenomena,on the basis of existing research,through a large number of data collection,from multiple perspectives on the research and analysis,to construct the theory and the institutional framework of state-owned enterprises,for commercial bribery add brick,has a certain theoretical and practical significance.Based on the connotation of the commercial bribery as a starting point,this paper revolves around the K cases of commercial bribery in the state-owned enterprise,discusses the cause of the current our country state-owned enterprise commercial bribery and the damage of the theory with practice,from the perspective of internal control for Chinese state-owned enterprises of commercial bribery problem put forward countermeasures,optimize the management of the state-owned enterprise internal.
