The Research Of The S State Owned Angel Investment Institutions' Operation Problem

With the great improvement of China's economic strength,in response to the call of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",a large number of high-techstartups with high growth have emerged.But at the same time,the related financialsupporting service system in China is not perfect,and the technology startups face a lot of financing difficulties in the process of development.As an important financing way for technology start-ups,angel investment has a good prospect in China.However,angel investment risk is relatively high,and the participation of private capital in China is less involved.In this premise,in order to support the technological innovation talent in our country,the local governments one after another involved in angel investment with Government guide fund or direct investment fund,set up state-owned angel investment agencies,and plays an important role in the process of investment support.This paper is based on the status of angel investment industry in China with positoning and characteristics of state owned capital,combine with S Venture capital institution real case,First make statement on five links of state owned angel investment institution,project establishment,due diligence,investment,post investment management and exit way.Then according to the author's experience and S Venture capotal insitution real case,sum up real problem that S venture institution are facing,and refer to the experience of similar institutions at home and abroad,make suggestion on improvement theoperating mechanism of state owned angel investment institution.
