| Venture Capital (VC) has a closed relationship with the development of high-tech industry, which leads to the creation of VC——a new means of financing. The development of VC further stimulates the rapid formation and development of technology industrialization. At present, the Guangxi Autonomous Region has been in the fast economic development. It is a important task of narrowing the economic gap, achieving booming and sustainable development and improving the living standard in Guangxi. VC can accelerate the high technology in this process.The paper first lists some relative theory such as Late-developing Advantage theory. By comparison between Guangxi and the whole nation in current situation of VC, and by absorbing the experience of VC market development in Beijing, shanghai and Shenzhen, we capture some immature in process of VC in Guangxi market like small scale market, few investment program, missing investment entity, and no governmental targeted policies.To solve these problems, the paper comes up with suggestions of Guangxi VC development in three different ways. First is the cultivation of VC project, second is the construction of financial supporting system, and the last is to provide some favorable measures like fiscal supporting for policies. |
