The Small&medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) has played an essential role in the development of China’s socialist market economy, but the financing bottleneck has become the chief problem that blocked the rapid development of SMEs. Supply chain finance (SCF) is such an ingenious finance model that designed to address this problem for SMEs. And it changes the risk management from single enterprise into the whole supply chain. It emphasizes the stability of supply chain much more, as well as the authenticity of the trade background, the credit and the strength of the trading fellows of core enterprise. Accordingly, the credit risk can be transformed from a single corporation into the whole supply chain system. As a new finance mode, SCFM not only disperses the credit risk for financial institution, but also allows more SMEs striding over the loan threshold and get into the service scope of financial institution.The credit risk evaluation of SMEs in the supply chain finance model were been mainly studied in the dissertation. At first, the dissertation introduces the small and medium enterprises, supply chain, supply chain finance, credit risk evaluation and other related concepts and content, in order to laid a theoretical foundation; After analyzes the situation of the supply chain finance for SMEs, the dissertation analysis the detail of the three main finance business model and their risk prevention, then the credit risk evaluation of SMEs in the supply chain finance model were been meticulous studied, Finally we use "case study " to verify that credit risk evaluation for supply chain finance. And the case is about the sporting goods industry, as well as Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Gray Comprehensive Evaluation Method is used for this case.Through specific case studies we concluded that:in virtue of the credit of core enterprises, the supervision of third-party logistics and the cash flow of real trade, SCF can significantly reduce the credit risk of financial institutions(Commercial bank). At the same time, it confirmed that the use of AHP and the Grey Comprehensive Evaluation Method in the credit risk evaluation of SMEs in the supply chain finance model is operational and superior.
