Shenyang hualin food company is a small and micro food business enterprise which is divided and marketed.The company has been established for four years,mainly distributing and selling all kinds of leisure food,mainly including beans,dried fruits and preserves.The main sales service targets are small and medium-sized supermarkets,supermarket chains and the dealers in the outside world.This paper takes shenyang shenyang food marketing strategy as the research object,using structured analysis method and train of thought,the integrated use of PEST,4 p,such as marketing,service marketing theory,through the analysis on the background of the company is located in shenyang,shenyang food industry,as well as to the shenyang shenyang food company marketing problems of in-depth,to shenyang shenyang food company this paper expounds in detail how to develop the marketing strategy.In this paper,we study the train of thought,from the food business enterprise itself has the small scale,change quickly,according to the characteristics of flexibility,combination of the characteristics of the industry,put forward the small food business enterprise to stand out in competitive markets,need to service marketing as the core competitiveness,focus on how to improve marketing ability,to develop appropriate marketing strategies.The purpose of this study include two aspects: on the one hand,put forward the development direction of shenyang shenyang food companies as well as the corresponding marketing strategy,solve the shenyang shenyang food problems in the marketing management of the company;On the other hand,we explore a feasible method system for the application of marketing strategy theory in small and micro food enterprises.The conclusion of this study is that shenyang hualin food company has a low market share,single marketing mode,insufficient sales talents and extensive management.As a small and micro food marketing company,shenyang hualin food also has the small and micro enterprises common existence of small scale,weak strength,anti-risk ability and other problems.To change the status quo,job analysis is very important for the operator,seize the shenyang shenyang food company as a small food sales company is small,fast,the advantage of spirit,to develop a combination of characteristics in shenyang shenyang food company marketing strategy.
