| LP(lean production)is derived from the Japanese Toyota,after 60 years' development,it becomes an enterprise culture which inherit during the leader,it breaks the traditional management thought which represents by mass production,builds “waste elimination,continuous improvement”,represents the enterprise's future management philosophy.Chairman Xi indicated in the report of the 19 th National Congress: “We will support traditional industries in upgrading themselves and accelerate development of modern service industries to elevate them to international standards.We will move Chinese industries up to the medium-high end of the global value chain,and foster a number of world-class advanced manufacturing clusters.”Facing the complex marking competition situations,for expediting the speed of enterprise upgrading,Liaoning Qingyang Civil Explosive Co.,Ltd refers the ideas and the tools of LP,trys hard to promote the enterprise's quality and benefit and moulds the core competitiveness.But during the application processes,it appears the endemic appearance,causes the thoughts of the company's top management.Exploring a suitable practical LP application schemem is extremely urgent,in the meanwhile,we try to be a beneficial bedding for carring out LP in the process Industry.Through the study and analysis of literature and relevant theoretical data,combining the actual situation of the enterprise,according to the 14 LP principles of 4P mould as the instruction,this thesis puts forward an overall framework and the relative scheme of LP impellent,states the implement of LP and expounds the scheme's difficulty and solution.Conclusion reiterated in the application of lean production mode is not a simple copy,cannot be achieved overnight,it carries out as a long-term strategy of the enterprise,it emphasizes the shortcomings of the thesis and needs to constantly improve and explore. |
