In these years, competition is so fierce in domestic and international, the face oftrends and challenges that demand tends to be personalization, diversification, and thecost of production and management of an enterprise is raising, especially themanufacturing enterprise is undertaking enormous pressure to survive, companies willtake what measures address these issues in order to get a foot on the land in themarket is the entrepreneur should think about. The introduction of lean production inthe major manufacturing these entrepreneurs to give a ray of hope, especially after thehuge success of lean production in the automotive industry has made, standardization,time of production has gradually expanded to other use field. The basic idea of leanmanufacturing is to eliminate waste production in the presence of all unnecessary andvalueless, change the existing mode of production-driven,single types and large-scaleput into effect customer orders-driven pull mode of production in order to realizeproduction of the time, efficient, high quality requirements, so as to reduce productioncost and increase corporate profits purpose. Before this, the lean production methodsare increasingly being applied to various industries, its lean production organization,human management model and have been widely cited for the way inter-enterprisecollaboration and promotion.In this paper, the author combines the actual case to make an investigation afterhaving a full knowledge of the existing lean production methods and theoreticalresults on the domestic and on the basis of the analysis. After making an investigationof the actual situation of YZ Aluminum Company, I just have a basic understandingof the company’s development process. Due to the wide variety of products, demanduncertainty and problems in human management had caused confusion of the YZAluminum Company operations, low productivity, low and long productioncycle-time delivery, warehousing tension and other issues. Through the use of ECRSand TOC analysis theory and SIPOC model, I put forward specific solutions andmethods to solve above problems, after a period of operation, YZ AluminumCompany received a raise in productivity, yields and production efficiency andaspects of the production cycle...
