Management Tools To Improve The Administration Of International Traffic Stream Within The Organization

Current situation in Ukraine's logistics further restrains the development of the economy rather than accelerates it.Companies operating in the field of international transportation cannot influence the state policy in the field of transport,but have the opportunity to improve their own traffic management mechanism.Rational management of traffic flows will not only reduce transport costs,but also improve the conditions and time of delivery of goods.The theoretical and practical aspects of functioning of the management mechanism of international traffic flows at the enterprise are investigated in the paper.The analysis of the investigated subject was carried out and measures for streamlining the management mechanism of international traffic flows at Sumyfitofarmacia LTD.The main scientific result of the work is to develop an effective mechanism for managing the international transport flows of the enterprise.
