Research On Financial Support For Targeted Poverty Alleviation In Hunan Province

For developing countries,poverty restricts their economic and social development.China is the largest developing country,so poverty has always been a huge problem facing in China's economic and social development.Poverty alleviation has become an important factor affecting China's national development strategic planning during the 'Thirteenth Five-Year Plan' period,and finance is an effective driving factor for targeted accurate poverty alleviation.Therefore,it is worthwhile to put forward the policy recommendations on financial support for targeted accurate poverty alleviation.Based on this paper,a large number of relevant documents on financial poverty alleviation are collected and read,with emphasis on research and analysis of relevant poverty alleviation work in Hunan Province.The focus is on the selection of poverty surveys in the Luoxiaoshan and Wulingshan areas.And the relevant datas were obtained from the literature,Through analysis and comparison of the obtained data,the problems existing in the targeted poverty alleviation process in Hunan Province were identified.Through reference to relevant experiences of precision poverty alleviation in other provinces in China,they provided a certain reference for the poverty alleviation work in Hunan Province.After analysis and comparison of this study,the following results are obtained;First,Strengthen supporting measures to construct and provide a quality landing environment.The government should guide financial institutions to increase investment in the construction of public infrastructure in impoverished areas,improve the hematopoietic capacity of poor households and promote the construction of rural commercial financial organizations,and provide a quality landing environment.Secondly,Establish and improve the horizontal cooperation mechanism,expand the vertical financial poverty alleviation channels,strengthen the coordination of financial poverty alleviation policies and other policies,improve financial incentives for accurate poverty alleviation,and promote financial support for precision product and service innovation.Third,The insurance institutions of the government and the financial system strengthen the follow-up support for accurate poverty alleviation,prevent the emergence of poverty reduction,strengthen the insurance publicity and education work in poverty-stricken areas,and develop the characteristic development of agricultural insurance products to increase the precision coverage of agricultural insurance.Fourth,in order to maximize the role of finance in poverty alleviation in the region,it is necessary not only to support the government's policies,but also to closely link the social benefits of financial support for targeted poverty alleviation in this region with the economic benefits of financial institutions themselves.This will maximise the enthusiasm of the two parties,so as to achieve the smooth development of financial support for accurate targeted alleviation.
