The Relationship Between The Development Of Circulation Industry And Economic Growth

In recent years,"online shopping" tide swept through all areas of China's economy and society,driving the rapid development of commodity production and exchange.As a basic industry,business circulation is closely related to people's daily life.To meet people's growing demand for a better life,we must hold this historical opportunity firmly and seek breakthroughs in innovation and reform diligently to accelerate into the modernization process and seize the opportunity of market competition.At present,China's research on the economic relevance of circulation industry is mostly based on the overall or separate analysis of the eastern developed cities,attention to the circulation development of the central and western regions is not enough,the proposed circulation development recommendations do not apply to the economically underdeveloped central and western regions,which is very bad for the scientific construction of the circulation system in the central and western regions.Since the beginning of the new century,China's economy has accelerated the transformation as a whole,but the imbalance of regional development is still worthy of attention.In this context,a comprehensive discussion on the development of the circulation industry in the central and western provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government),and study on the impact of the circulation industry on the economic development of the central and western regions of the east are conducive to the formulation of circulation development policies according to local conditions,making the industry more closely linked.Compared with the traditional time series,the panel data set has more advantages in the actual research process.It contains both horizontal and vertical data information,compared with the use of cross-section member data or time node data alone,panel data can not only reflect the difference between the individual interface,but also show the development trend of each member,and this data is becoming more and more easy to obtain,so this paper chooses panel data set to carry out research.First of all,this paper introduces the theoretical framework of the new era to guide the circulation forward briefly,focusing on the three commonly used model settings and their corresponding analysis methods in the process of panel data analysis.Then the provincial panel data from 1978 to 2015 are used to study the mechanism of circulation and economy,through the test to choose variable coefficient model to measure the circulation effect coefficient of each region,according to the circulation effect coefficient of each region and its GDP in 2015 to cluster,31 regions are divided into five categories,classification situation again verified: circulation has obvious positive promotion to the development of economy,but the effect of different regions are significant different.Finding out the location of circulation industry in the local industrial structure and accelerating the establishment of scientific circulation system are the effective methods to use circulation to drive the economy.Finally,we discusses the effect of circulation on the adjustment of economic structure from industrial structure and residents' consumption.Cointegration test and Granger causality test are used to verify the impact of circulation on residents' consumption,correlation analysis method is used to measure the correlation coefficient between circulation industry and GDP and primary,secondary and tertiary industry in China from 1978 to 2015.The results show that the circulation industry can affect residents' consumption and regional economy to some extent.However,the degree of promotion of regional economy is not directly proportional to the regional economic base,compared with the eastern and western regions,the circulation industry in the central region is more dynamic in generate.
