Case Study On Risk Analysis And Risk Evaluation Of DCWY Acquisition Of BJGN Technology

At present,Chinese market economy develops rapidly.As a fast way of development,Merger and Acquisition has become a common choice for many enterprises.Through mergers and acquisitions,enterprises can fully integrate resources and create higher economic benefits.However the process of mergers and acquisitions is risky.The existing research has shown that only a small part of Mergers and Acquisitions end with a good result,while most enterprises do not achieve good expectations.For business decision-makers,we need to strengthen the understanding of Mergers and Acquisitions.At the same time,Mergers and Acquisitions should be correctly identified and evaluated,in order to find the right precaution measures for Mergers and Acquisitions.Through the research on the risk of merger and acquisition,we hope to provide some reference for the decision-makers.The research of this thesis is based on the summary of the existing research of domestic enterprises and has a general understanding of the risk in order to get the current problems existing in the enterprises risk in Mergers and Acquisitions in our country.Then,the related theories are explained.A systematic theoretical analysis of the content of enterprise merger and acquisition risk is made as the theoretical basis of this thesis.Then,the case is analyzed through the DCWY acquisition of BJGN technology as the case background.First of all,the possible risks of the merger case are analyzed in depth.Then the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to design the weight of risk and calculate the Borda sequence value by using the matrix model.Finally,the risk of merger and acquisition is evaluated.Combined with the above analysis,this thesis finally combines the theoretical research with the merger and acquisition case through the case analysis of DCWY acquisition of BJGN technology.To analyze typical cases at the same time,to our country state-owned enterprise in the practical activity for different types of risk identification,analysis and the risk of the corresponding risk prevention measures should be taken to put forward the enlightenment and reference.It has played an enlightening role in preventing risks,improving the merger and acquisition performance of enterprises and promoting Chinese economic development.
