Since China's reform and opening to the world,the estate industry has developed rapidly as the Chinese economy develops.Now it has become a powerful backup for national economic development.As the estate market has changed from seller's to the buyer's market,consumers gradually increase their self-awareness.The government has gradually made regulation to the estate market and introduced macro-control policies to promote the healthy development of the estate market.The regulatory policies have slow down the development of estate enterprises.Most of them have problems of excess inventory,decreased volume,longer transaction circle.The estate companies should choose suitable market strategies.Compared with other cities,the real estate enterprises start late in Xi'an and develop unevenly.Most estate enterprises are lack of experience and have lots of problems in marketing process.It is difficult to achieve the desired effect.This paper takes the marketing strategies of ABC project of LD as the basic research object and analyzes its development status,existing problems and internal and external marketing environment through the methods of the combination of theory and practice,case and data analysis,and the literature research,etc.The paper makes a suitable marketing strategy for ABC project and puts forward some suggestions for the project.The marketers are aware of the significance of marketing idea and marketing strategies to the estate marketing practice.It discovers the problems in the marketing process of ABC project such as lack of characteristics in the form of sales promotion,inadequate training of marketing staff,insufficient market research,little attention to Network marketing.On the basis of the actual situation of ABC project and the analysis of its internal and external marketing environment,the research has formulated the scientific marketing strategy and chooses good operational product channel scheme for the project.It also gives solutions to the problems occurred in the marketing and has a certain reference significance for the same type of projects.
