After enter into the WTO, steel vocation un-normal developed, a significant excess of capacity in a long term. Every kinds rolled steel from short supply change to oversupply, the steel company competitive violently. And specially, at the changefully sale marketing of steel format, corporation are faced with life-and-death test. How to adapt with changes of marketing, how to adapt the requirements of customers, how to take the high possession of marketing competition, is a problem for the company to think over. Face to the intensifying of competition globalization, how to bring up the core marketing capabilities will be urgent. In many factors, status of sales is the hardcore, completed sale strategy is a guarantee for achieve the sales goal of company. Therefore, company needs more sales idea to improve the capability of marketing competition. Establish the sales stratagem to conforming the actual, thereby to ensure the operate of company in a right way and developed.This article studies base on the traditional marketing theory, combine the steel company, the characteristic of products and trade situation of steel industry production.
