Research On The Poverty Alleviation In Rural Financial Development In China

The issue of poverty is an important issue that restricts the overall development of our country,and it is a problem that our country has been trying hard to solve.With the development of the economy and the establishment and improvement of the social security system,the poverty problems demonstrated in rural areas in China have been alleviated to some extent,but the poverty problem has not been fundamentally resolved.Therefore,eliminating rural poverty is still an important issue that we are currently facing.On the basis of relevant literature research,this article first analyzes the relationship between financial development and rural poverty reduction from the theoretical perspective,followed by the index-level structure of the two,and establishes a certain model to analyze the actual development.The role of financial development in the process for rural poverty.At the same time,in the analysis process,we have selected a number of indicators for the causes of poverty,namely,poverty caused by income,education,medical care,etc.,and analyzed financial development from the aspects of scale and efficiency in financial development.In order to ensure the rationality of the analysis and reduce the interference caused by other factors in the specific analysis,this paper will use fixed asset investment levels,per capita income,and government intervention in rural poverty as a control variable.The data source of this paper is the panel data of 28 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in China from 2006 to 2015,and empirical research is conducted through Eviews model construction.After analysis,we have the following conclusions: In rural society,there is a close relationship between financial development and income poverty and education poverty,and it shows a negative correlation,which has the effect of slowing or reducing the growth of poverty;but rural finance Development scale has a significant role in promoting medical poverty.Finally,after the model construction and empirical analysis,this article discusses in depth and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for alleviating rural poverty from different perspectives.
