Research On The Development Of Inclusive Finance In Rural Areas Of Shandong Province Under The Background Of Great Poverty Alleviation

General Secretary Xi Jinping has stressed on many occasions that neither one can be missing nor can be left behind in order to achieve a well-off society in an all-round way.To carry out poverty alleviation is to fully mobilize all kinds of resources to participate in,and in all the precise poverty alleviation measures and methods,financial poverty alleviation is the most comprehensive,effective and lasting.Based on the background of poverty alleviation,this paper conducts theoretical and empirical research on the development of rural Inclusive Finance in Shandong Province,focusing on exploring and innovating the road of rural Inclusive Finance development,fulfilling the task of poverty alleviation,and providing effective financial solutions.Firstly,on the basis of combing the domestic research on the connotation of inclusive finance,this paper focuses on the rural financial theory,inclusive financial theory and the main content of financial poverty alleviation,and proceeds from the theory of threshold effect of financial services,exclusion effect of financial development and so on,deeply analyzes the impact of rural inclusive financial development on farmers' income The direct and indirect influence mechanism.Secondly,this paper analyzes the development status and trend of rural Inclusive Finance in rural areas of Shandong Province from two aspects of demand and supply,and focuses on the construction of rural inclusive financial development index(RIFI)in Shandong Province.It measures the development level of rural Inclusive Finance in 17 cities and cities in Shandong Province in the past ten years in vertical and horizontal ways,and analyzes the non-inclusive financial development in depth.The development characteristics and problems of different regions in the same period.Longitudinally,in 2007-2016,the development level of rural Inclusive Finance in Shandong Province showed an upward trend on the whole,especially in 2014-2016,RIFI value increased significantly,reaching above 0.4 level.From the horizontal perspective of 17 cities,the development of rural Inclusive Finance in Shandong Province is less volatile,ranking is relatively stable;at the same time,the development of rural InclusiveFinance in Shandong Province is quite different between cities at all levels,and the development is relatively unbalanced among regions.The development level of Inclusive Finance in rural areas of Ji'nan(0.659)has always been the highest in the province and unshakable.Thirdly,based on the panel data of RIFI values of 17 cities in Shandong Province,this paper studies the impact of rural Inclusive Finance Development on farmers' income in Shandong Province.Starting from the different assumptions of linear and nonlinear,a panel model of fixed effect is constructed,focusing on whether the development of rural Inclusive Finance in Shandong Province really promotes farmers.Income level.The results show that RIFI has the greatest impact on all the positive impacts,which is 0.472.It shows that farmers' income will increase by 0.472 percentage points for every unit of rural inclusive financial development,which directly shows the importance of developing rural Inclusive Finance to improve farmers' income.The more investment in Education(EDU)will inhibit the net income of farmers.Finally,from the four aspects of deepening the supply-side reform,strengthening government guidance,improving the market system,and increasing innovation,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for developing rural Inclusive Finance in Shandong Province,which has a strong practical significance.
