With the Internet,e-commerce and intelligent mobile phone is synchronous development,and modern business model of Alipay,WeChat and other three party payment companies took advantage of the Dongfeng shares continue to grow.After several years of precipitation and accumulation,its ability to deal with business has become more and more strong,and began to expand to many fields such as network credit,investment and financial management,and credit payment.China's commercial banks are facing the pressure of business congestion.Even if banks adopt counter measures,they will still not be able to avoid disadvantage.Although there is business cooperation between third party payments and commercial banks,because of the flexibility and convenience of the third party payment,the commercial banks are gradually disadvantaged in the reclosing business,and they have gradually begun to compete in the initial cooperative relationship.The commercial banks must have the challenge to deal with the emerging things.Innovation.Therefore,through collecting and sorting out the relevant data of 2006-2015 year commercial banks and third party payment institutions,this paper studies the influence of the third party payment institutions on the profitability of commercial banks and the three major business through statistical analysis,and analyzes the causes of the impact.In this paper,the panel data model is established on the ROA,the ratio of deposit business,the ratio of loan business and the ratio of intermediate business to the size of third party payment and the market share of third party payment of the selected six commercial banks.The results of statistical analysis show that the size of third-party payments and market share have no significant impact on the deposit business of commercial banks.For each percentage point increase in the size of third-party payments and market share,the profitability of commercial banks decreased by 0.018 and 0.045 percentage points respectively.Deposit operations declined by 0.004 and0.206 percentage points,respectively;Intermediate operations declined by 0.22 and0.65 percentage points,respectively.Through analyzing the influence of third-party payment institutions on commercial banks,the causes of the decline of commercial banking index are found out,and some shallow suggestions are put forward forcommercial banks reform and innovation.At the same time,the paper analyzes the advantages of commercial banks and third-party payment institutions,and puts forward some shallow suggestions for the advantages of third-party payments and commercial banks.
