A fast-growing city commercial bank in China,Jinzhou Bank has continuously improved and improved its small and micro enterprise credit business,and has formed a unique small and micro credit business system,which has a very high market share in Jinzhou.However,with the changes in the form of competition in the financial market,banks have also been actively expanding credit business for small and micro enterprises,and competition in the small and micro credit market has become increasingly fierce.The paper targeted the small and micro enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households in Jinzhou area and used a questionnaire survey to investigate the financing needs of small and micro enterprises and their satisfaction with bank credit.The survey shows that small and micro enterprises generally have financing needs,and the demand for funds presents the characteristics of “short,small,and urgent”;and insufficient guarantees are the main obstacles for small and micro enterprises to obtain bank loans;most small and micro enterprises do not have a good understanding of bank credit business.From the point of view of Jinzhou Bank's micro-credit,it has been continuously strengthening the characteristics of small and micro credit development,including setting up franchised institutions,developing loan technology suitable for small and micro customers,establishing a risk management system for small and micro loans,and standardizing the operation procedures of small and micro loans.In order to optimize the policy and service system for small and micro credits,a variety of small and micro credit products have been launched.Small and micro business has become the main source of business profits for Jinzhou Bank,and in particular Jinzhou Bank's “San xiao le” credit products have a high reputation.However,it has also been found that Jinzhou Bank's small and micro credit business has a single customer structure,insufficient promotion of product promotion,problems such as the approval process,credit decision-making technology needs to be improved,and the pricing is low and the level of information technology needs to be improved.To this end,it is suggested that Jinzhou Bank should establish a dynamic target market adjustment mechanism when optimizing small and micro credit business,continuously improve service targeting,simplify loan procedures,optimize approval procedures,improve credit evaluation methods,and strengthen the use of Internet technologies.
