With the coming area of science and technology,electric commerce ushered in its golden age of development.However,with more and more new e-commerce joining the market,the financial risk they need to take for further advancement is increasing,which may restrict the enterprise's development.Therefore,it is of great significance to do research on the financial risk that may occur in the management of e-commerce industry,and to find methods to prevent and control financial risk.As for financial risk control,the leverage theory occupies an important position.It mainly reflects the management achievements in financing and investment.The financial risk will decrease when the e-commerce adopts the appropriate leverage methods,while the irrational use of leverage may lead to increased financial risk the e-commerce is faced with.Thus,the thesis firstly has a description of the importance of implementing financial risk control in enterprises,putting forward the basic view that:the appropriately use of leverage is conducive to the control of financial risk.Secondly,to check out the point,we list out the e-commerce enterprises with good performance through the factor model,and calculate the reasonable range of value and the relative leverage coefficient range for these enterprises so as to point out that commerce enterprises should put themselves in the reasonable range of leverage if they desire further development.What comes next is a comparison between Su Ning cloud and Sharp Group,which are taken as samples to respectively analyze their different use of leverage in different period,and compare different financial risk they bear caused by different ways of adopting leverage.Thus,the relationship between financial risk and leverage will be strengthened.The thesis points out that the e-commerce enterprises should attach great importance to the ways of adopting leverage especially in the initial stage and growing period of development for improving themselves.Based on a series of analysis and comparison,we put forward a more suitable way of using financial leverage for most e-commerce enterprises:in the initial stage,the financial leverage should be raised and the operating leverage should be reduced as far as possible.While in the growing stage,we should raise the operating leverage and maintain or reduce the financial leverage.At the same time,we ought to keep leverage within the reasonable range of the industry and stabilize the leverage coefficient between 1 and 2.When adopting this reasonable way of using leverage,the e-commerce enterprises will have a stronger power of controlling financial risk.
