The Analysis Of Financial Leverage And Financial Risk Of Small And Medium Sized Enterprises

In 2016,Premier Li Keqiang proposed "three to one drop fill” five tasks of enterprises,production,inventory,leverage effect on enterprises in the adjustment made important instructions,clearly pointed out that to reduce the cost,make up the short board is the effective way and method of enterprise development.For the information technology industry,if we want to achieve a virtuous circle and develop steadily,we should try to find ways from financial leverage effect.Today,China's economic and business circles have gained a clear understanding of the important role of financial leverage,and achieved gratifying results through long-term research.However,compared with foreign countries,the number and scale of domestic research are not comparable to those of other countries.The study is still in the stage of exploration and development,and the opinions of experts are different and there is still a possibility of controversy.Overall,about the financial leverage impacts on the actual development of enterprises in the end,the understanding of the business community still needs to be improved.This article is also based on this to establish the research topic.This paper firstly expatiates on the research background and significance,then elaborates the research status about risk management and financial leverage at home and abroad,and then put forward the ideas and methods around the problem-Analysis of the problem-to solve the problem,at the same time by using the method of combination of theory and practice,the paper is divided into 5 parts.Chapter one is the introduction,first introduces the research background and significance of this thesis,then research analysis,both at home and abroad from two aspects of financial leverage and risk management,and finally,according to the literature analysis conclusion,puts forward the main contents of this article.The second chapter is an overview of relevant theories,and discusses the related theories of financial leverage and risk control.First defines the meaning of financial leverage and expounds the principle of financial leverage,and the relationship of financial leverage and risk analysis,finally,introduces the basic principles of financial risk control.The third chapter is the Guangzhou SE Polytron Technologies Inc financial leverage and financial risk analysis,based on the analysis of the basic situation and the company's capital structure,deeply analyses the effect of financial interest and financial risk,and accordingly determines the rationality of enterprise financial leverage effect,at last specifies the financial risk the company faces.The fourth chapter is the optimization scheme of Guangzhou SE Polytron Technologies Inc financial leverage and implementing measures,this part puts forward the Guangzhou SE Polytron Technologies Inc from the rational use of financial leverage and the optimization scheme of the implementation of appropriate recommendations risk control measures.Through the study,we can get the following conclusions:(1)in the actual financial management process,a comprehensive system theory can guide how to continue the work,and deepen the enterprise supervision methods.(2)improving the elasticity of financial leverage and controlling financial risk are very important for enterprise financial risk.This paper analyzes the enterprise financial leverage effect and the corresponding risk control problem based on SE,one is to provide a clear direction for the development of SE company,on the other hand,hope that through the analysis of SE company's financial leverage effect and risk control,more enterprises deepen the understanding of financial risk,and then provide some reference to its development.
